How long does delivery take?

All US deliveries are shipped 48 hours of you placing your order. You should allow between 14 and 21 days for orders to destinations outside of the US.

Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?

Yes. Simply place your order and ask us for our Special Delivery option. For a few dollars more we can send your order by 24 hour Special Delivery by UPS.

Are all of your fashion items and handbags handmade?

Yes. In most cases we buy directly from the villages, cutting out the third party distributors and eliminating the risk of questionable suppliers.

Do you have a return policy?

Here at Siam Sensibilities we insist that you are totally happy with both our product and service, so much so that if there is any problem with your handbag, accessory, or home good, we will sort it out!

If for ANY REASON you are not 100% satisfied with your order, including any errors on your part, Siam Sensibilities will either: exchange your product for another, or refund ALL money paid

What about privacy and security when ordering by credit card from Siam Sensibilities?

I'm not sure I understand, How do you process my payment?

We use Paypal to process your order. At the point of entering your credit or debit card details, we send you off to a Paypal secure server.
